  • “We could not have chosen a more appropriate team to arrange my father’s celebration of life. Sam and Oliver were exceptional in accommodating our every quirky request (including us painting flowers on my dad’s casket) and arrangement. My father was the most life affirming, creative and funny man and Exit Here delivered a service that was completely tailored to him. We relied on Sam for all organisational elements, and she was the most efficient ally we could have wished for at such a stressful and emotional time.”

  • “Looking back, we feel that we were blessed to have engaged Exit Here to arrange the day for us and it resulted in us viewing funerals in a new light. Traditionally, funeral directors typically conjure an image with dark, solemn surroundings. In contrast Exit Here’s workplace and atmosphere could not have been more colourful, light and warm. It truly is a place where you celebrate the life lived and not purely the passing of your loved one.”

    — Alison French

  • “On the day itself, we had most family and friends tell us that it was the most amazing celebration and service they had ever attended, with some even saying that it was a ‘fun funeral’ without detracting from the sadness and grief people obviously experienced. I would wholeheartedly recommend Exit Here for total support during the most difficult time in one’s life, whether it be a more traditional or personalised service such as my fathers.”

  • “Exit Here, provided us with a 5 Star, modern day approach to funeral direction. Following the sudden death of our father, the team guided us through each step of the funeral arrangements with caring and compassion. From his place of rest, his casket and flowers, the choice of the celebrant and Dad’s order of service booklet. On the day of the funeral, all arrangements were taken care of by Barry, one of the company owners, allowing us to focus on family and friends. Thank you for making an unbearable goodbye to our beloved father become a celebration of his life.”

  • “The future of burial services. We went for an eco burial with everything 100% biodegradable. Sam was amazing and helped us through the whole process in a very short space of time and with empathy and professionalism. Even our guests were blown away and said that the funeral was amazing and although a sad occasion made them feel happy knowing that the final resting place was in a beautiful woods, no grave stones, and a place to remember and reflect surrounded by nature.”
